About me

I am a fledgling artist who has dabbled in graphite pieces over the years. A need to slow down and focus on me helped me to return to art as a means of mindfulness. This time, I decided that I wanted to focus on the medium and subjects I love.

I predominantly use graphite or charcoal for my pieces, however I have explored watercolour and ink when the desire for colour rises.

I get huge enjoyment from creating piece yo capture my subject, favouring animals or people rather than landscapes. I especially enjoy drawing dogs and animals with fur.

I have been asked by a number of people to create pieces for their beloved pets, both those who are with us and those who have travelled the rainbow bridge.

Most of my work is produced from a reference photo, and for custom pieces I require a photo from which I feel I can capture the subject's personality.

I am excited to share my pieces with you and look forward to creating more pieces as my enjoyment expands.
